Seller's Property Disclosure:

When listing a home for sale it is customary to ask the seller to fill out a property disclosure -- a form that lists what the seller knows about the history of the house and what that seller's did to the house while they lived there. The seller should also disclose any problems they have had and if they are under bond with a pest control company for annual checks for Termites. If you have any questions not covered on the property disclosure it would be acceptable to give a list to your realtor to have the seller's answer.
